1) Please save this file to your desktop from here 

2) Unzip the file

3) Press then double click the file 'Fixboot.reg' in unzipped folder

 4) When prompted please choose 'Yes' as shown below

The file will be added to your registry after a few seconds

5) Please reboot and registry defrag problem should be resolved
